We've partnered with Octopus Legacy so you can make your Will for free online. Their service is quick and easy to use, and because it's online you don't have to travel or wait for a face-to-face appointment.

The step-by-step process is approved by solicitors, and if you have any questions along the way, Octopus Legacy's team of professionals is on hand to help. This service is suitable for people who already have a firm idea of what they plan to include in their Will, and do not need professional advice.

2) Make your Will face-to-face with a local solicitor

The Network will send you a list of your nearest participating solicitors and a voucher to take to your appointment. You can meet with your chosen solicitor at their local office to discuss your wishes and prepare your Will. This is a good option if you would like to make your will face-to-face with a solicitor.

3) Make your Will over the phone with the Co-op

You can make your Will with a specialist Will writer from the comfort of your home. Appointments are available six days a week including evenings. This is a good option if you would prefer to make your Will from your home but would also like to discuss your wishes with a Will-writing advisor.
